Die ersten Kontakte zur künstlerischen Malerei entstanden im Juni 1999, in der Rehaphase nach einer Operation, mit Aquarellen. Schnell eroberte jedoch die Malerei mit Acryl sein Herz und ist bis heute sein Mittel Ideen zu visualisieren.

Seit 2008 hat auch Ihn das Internet in den Bann gezogen und malt seit dem mit dem Computer auch Bilder, die ausschließlich zum Betrachten im Internet gedacht sind.

Sein Stil ist geprägt durch persönliche Eindrücke von Erlebtem und Geträumtem. So finden sich in seinen Motiven häufig abstrakte Gesichter, Figuren und Stilelemente.
